2009 Summer Camp

The
2009 edition of our Summer Camp took place in the
same location as the previous one, that is to say
the beautiful town of Borbona, up in the mountains
of Central Italy.
Among other things, training consisted of external
work (Wei Kong) and internal work (Nei Kong). Nei
Kong at our Summer Camps means morning Ki Kong
exercises as well as communication, interchange and
discussion around a flame after dinner, where
everybody can join in and express his own
reflections regarding our DO. |
